• Standard shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free shipping (orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

We stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 15 days of receipt, provided:

• Items are in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
• Original packaging and all tags are included
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and product details
3. Wait for instructions and Return Authorization Number
4. Securely package the item with original packaging and receipt
5. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable service

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies.

For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the replacement item. If exchanging for a higher-value product, you pay the difference; for lower-value items, we refund the difference.
