    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your package’s journey every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our 100% authentic Nike and Chelsea FC products. If your item isn’t quite right, our returns and exchanges policy is designed for your convenience.

  • Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible, items must be:
    • In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • Personalized or customized items (e.g., football kits with custom names and numbers).
  • Intimate apparel.
  • Training equipment that has been used or is unsealed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Just like a well-executed game plan, our return process is simple and straightforward.

  2. Complete the Form: Use the template provided below in your email.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Our fan-focused support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, include the receipt, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Inspection & Resolution: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ve got you covered.

  • We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
  • The replacement will be shipped using the same method as your original order.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
