That’s why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges policy for our global family of Blues.

Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain products including:
  • Personalized or customized items (such as named football kits)
  • Intimate apparel
  • Training equipment that has been used or unsealed

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the return request form (template provided below).
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your items.
  4. Package the items securely in the original packaging if possible, and include the original receipt.
  5. Ship the package to our address (provided in the return authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for standard shipping, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. We will ship the replacement item to you using the same shipping method as your original order.

If the item you want to exchange for is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
